Contact: hello(@)sarahibbert.studio
Sara is an artist and photographer based in Brighton, UK.
Her work deals with the ‘dream-image’, and how this interweaves and overlaps with our experiences of nature, landscape, and physical environments. Through repetition, layering and sequencing, she explores how the photographic process and apparatus are able to expand these encounters.
In parallel, her practice has also led her to explore the role of collaborative image-making within health and wellbeing spaces, frequently returning to the role and consideration of the image itself, and its shifting, often transitory nature within these contexts.
She is a graduate of the MA Photography (Moving Image) programme at the Royal College of Art.
